The Servant Church To Worship, To serve, and To Empower

Union Baptist Church of Baltimore, Maryland is in the process of seeking a Pastor/Servant Leader dedicated to providing spiritual leadership, guidance, and support to our congregation.

The ideal pastor should be prepared to grow the church and lead it into the future while maintaining Union’s roots as a Servant Church. In seeking our pastor, the congregation envisions the preferred candidate to have prior experience pastoring and be able to serve as a spiritual mentor, community leader, and church administrator.

This pastorate will require a strong commitment to Christian values and principles (including social justice) in alignment with the Biblical doctrine found in 1 Timothy 3: 1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. Successful applicants are expected to have the ability to inspire others through teaching, preaching, and outreach to diverse communities in the local community and beyond while serving a multi-generational congregation.

We encourage all qualified applicants to apply. The job description, specific duties, and skills can be found at the following Indeed web link. Applications can be submitted there.
